Williamsburg Condominiums in Stow, Ohio was formerly an apartment complex consisting of fifty-six apartments situated in fourteen buildings. Because of the spacious green areas and quiet community setting, the developers decided to convert these apartments into beautifully rejuvenated condominiums.

Each building will have been renovated to include brand new roofs, brand new siding, attractive and spacious new outdoor decks, landscaping, parking lot resurfacing and all new windows on the building exteriors. The interiors have been completely remodeled. The interiors include new six panel doors, new oak cabinetry, and ceramic tile in the kitchens, bathrooms and laundry room areas. Each Williamsburg Condominium in Stow comes with brand new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sinks, toilets, sliding closet doors, linen shelves, walk-in closets, stove-range, central air conditioning units and furnaces. All of the appliances and workmanship are warranted for one year from date of sale.
