Discounts: Attention Veterans and Seniors

If you are an eligible veteran or senior citizen (62 and older) you may be eligible for a discount of $2,000 dollars on the purchase price of any Williamsburg Condominium purchased in your name. Eligible buyers who have served in the armed forces in either Gulf War, the war in Afghanistan, or any one serving in the armed forces during the last ten years and stationed in a state other than their state of residence are eligible. You must make the sellers aware of this prior to signing a purchase agrement. Unless the discount is written into the purchase agrement, Williamsburg Condos cannot provide the discount.
